By the way, the SWING can bear a load of up to 15 kg - so it's also ideal for 2 cuddly cats.

• Standard screws and dowels are included in the scope of delivery
• You need a Phillips screwdriver and an 8 mm drill bit as well as an Allen key SW5 for assembly.
• Important: depending on the properties of your walls, the included screws and dowels may not be suitable.
• Assess the suitability of the wall to ensure that it will withstand the forces generated. Use screw(s) and plug(s) suitable for your walls and the intended load. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice.

Wieviel Gewicht hält die Hängematte aus? Können auf der Hängematte auch zwei Katzen liegen?

The hammock can easily hold up to 15kg. If within the weight limit, it can also hold two cats without problems.

Is my wall stable enough for the hammock? 

Das ist eine gute und wichtige Frage, denn die Wandbeschaffenheit ist entscheidend für die Tragfähigkeit deiner SWING. Wenn du eine Betonwand oder eine gute Steinwand hast, hält die Hängematte sicher und fest. Bei Altbau- oder Rigpiswänden solltest du lieber noch mal zum Baumarkt gehen und dich beraten lassen, welche Dübel am besten für deine Wand geeignet sind. Hinweis: Wir liefern hochwertige Standard-Dübel und -Schraubenbei jeder Bestellung mit. 

At what distance should the hammock be mounted from other products / the floor?  

Abgesehen von deinen optischen Vorlieben und den Gegebenheiten deiner Wohnung, ist der Abstand abhängig von der Agilität, dem Alter und Selbstbewusstsein deiner Katze. Unsere Empfehlung lautet: etwa 1 ausgestreckte Katzenlänge +die Einschätzung deiner Katze = 1 guterRichtwert. Und wer doch lieber die cm Angabe mag: Zu anderen Produkten oder dem Boden sind 40-70cm ein guter Richtwert. 

Where is the wool sourced?

Unsere Filzmatte ist ein hochwertiges Naturprodukt und besteht zu 100% aus Wollfilz und ist zudem mulesingfrei. Denn: Für deine Katze nur das Beste. Das bedeutetübrigens auch, dass die Hängematte im Winter einen kühlenden und im Sommer einen wärmenden Effekt hat. Also ganz klar ein Produkt für jede Jahreszeit.
