The evolvement of travel bags - spotlight on the cat

Transport boxes were originally developed for dogs and then the design was simply applied to cat carriers. However, these boxes with large windows are not at all suited to the needs of our felines. Most cats like to hide from noisy surroundings and prying eyes. More than a year ago, we started to develop the perfect transport luggage for cats. As always, we did not only focus on cat-friendly functionality, but also on a minimalist, modern design.

CHECK-IN - finally travelling comfortably with cats

Not only is your cat comfortable in the bag, you can also carry it comfortably. You can choose between the padded handles and the practical shoulder strap. Thanks to several outside pockets, everything has its place while travelling - the Vaccination Card, the passport, the favourite treats, the leash and also the catnip can be stowed in there. And of course, your phone, keys etc. No matter if it' s a visit to the vet, a flight, a train or car journey, the bag will always keep its shape. CHECK-IN meets the requirements of most airlines and is therefore also approved as hand luggage for air travel. We recommend that you ask your airline, e.g. Lufthansa, for more information. We all know that our furry friends sometimes get wet or spit up during exciting journeys. That is why the padded inlay is easily cleaned in the washing machine. The membrane system additionally absorbs liquid and prevents any spillage. The journey can begin!

In principle, the cat bag can withstand a load of up to 10 kg - including the slightly larger cats. The size of your cat is certainly a limiting factor. But our furry product testers can confirm: even a 9kg Maine Coon feels safe in the bag for cats and ready for adventure.

Can the bag be secured in the car?

Na klar - die CHECK-IN ist ein vorbildlicher Beifahrer.
Durch eine große Schlaufe auf der Rückseite lässt sich die der Anschnallgurt einfach durch die Tasche fädeln und somit sicher im Auto befestigen.

Is the bag also suitable for air travel?

We have designed the CHECK-IN so that it - and its contents - will be your perfect travel companion. This means that the cat bag has the standard dimensions for approved hand luggage on flights. However, it is still best to check with your airline.

Is the CHECK-IN escape-proof?

To ensure that your pet doesn't escape during the journey, the bag not only has zippers with press studs but also a safety hook on the inside. This means you can attach your cat to the collar and sit back and relax while traveling.

Sehr schöne Transporttasche

Die Katzentransporttasche ist einfach fantastisch!
Sie sieht nicht nur super stylisch aus, sondern ist auch äußerst praktisch. Ein Fach, in denen ich alles Wichtige wie Leckerlis oder Papiere verstauen kann. Die Kater können ebenso von den Seiten als auch von oben in die Transporttasche. Absolut empfehlenswert für jeden Katzenbesitzer, der Funktionalität und Design schätzt.

Sehr schöne und praktische Transporttasche

Mit der Katzen-Transporttasche sind wir rundum zufrieden. Sie ist nicht nur super praktisch, sondern sieht auch sehr schick aus. Die Tasche ist robust und ausreichend groß für unsere Katze. Sie wirkt aber nicht klobig, sondern elegant und edel. Die Transporttasche macht den Einsatz unserer bisher genutzten (hässlichen und bei unserer Katze verhassten) Transportbox aus Hartplastik endlich überflüssig. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch, dass die Tasche sehr gut verpackt war - in einem Schutzbeutel aus Stoff und einem stabilen Umkarton. Gut ist zudem, dass die Tasche nicht chemisch oder künstlich gerochen hat. Gerade für die empfindlichen Katzennasen ist das wichtig. Die Lieferung (nach Frankreich) erfolgte schnell und der Kundenservice war auch ausgezeichnet, um mir bei der Problemklärung (hinsichtlich eines anderen Produkts) zu helfen. Kurzum, ich habe rein gar nichts zu meckern! ;-) Der Preis der Tasche ist nicht niedrig, aber die Investition hat sich gelohnt.

Tasche wird geliebt

Meine beiden Katzen lieben ihre Taschen, so lange diese nicht im Auto sind. Zuhause legen sie sich begeistert rein, toben darin rum oder, ihre Spezialität, eine ist drinnen, die andere springt darauf rum. Aber beim Autofahren helfen auch die Taschen nicht, das bleibt ungeliebt!
